Halloween is a few days away and we couldn’t be more excited! From the trick or treating to making spooky treats, there are so many ways to get in the spirit! We’ve been busy crafting fun DIYs on our YouTube channel and we wanted to share them all with you in one place. Also, if you missed out on our decorations from last year, here are a couple fun ideas:
For a quick and easy Halloween wreath, you’ll need a feather boa, cardboard, a ribbon, and plenty of hot glue. You can even customize it with tulle ghosts, pumpkins or pipe-cleaner spiders. Hang this wreath on your door or in the office for some Halloween fun!
It’s almost time for Halloween! Why not dress up an old frame and create a spooky DIY display for you home, classroom, or Halloween-themed wedding! You’ll need some tulle circle ghosts, manzanita tree branches and a garland. We used an orange, purple and black color scheme for this one but feel free to use any color combination you like. Add favorite charms or paper decorations or even small LED lights. This project is great if you want to reuse decorations from previous events – take a chance and get creative! Share your finished projects with us with #balsacircle – we’d love to get in on the fun!
Get ready for Halloween with this super easy DIY! You’ll need tulle circles, some cotton balls or tissue paper, thread, and scissors. We used 2 tulle circles per ghosts for a fuller look but feel free to vary that number. To make the ghost, simply place the cotton balls (we used 2-3), place in center of the tulle circle and gather at the base. Secure with matching thread, and your ghost is ready! Just remember to leave on thread tail long so you can use it to hang on your decorations.
